2021 RA9 won't run on new fully charged motorcycle battery

I'm really having a weird electrical issue with my 2021 RA9. It absolutely refuses to start with a new, fully charged motorcycle battery, but I tried jump-starting using a car battery and it worked. We've already replaced the stator and I'm honestly stumped. Should I be checking for voltage from the rectifier to the positive battery cable with the battery disconnected? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your battery might not actually be the problem, some modern bikes rely heavily on voltage sensing relays or ECU logic that can refuse to engage with low amperage, even if voltage looks fine
