250 GS stalls at 2500 RPM need help diagnosing

Our 250 GS stalls as soon as I open the throttle above 2500 RPM, but it runs smoothly below that point. It starts up without any issues. I have changed the spark plug, cleaned the carbs, and changed the fuel, but the problem still exists. Might there be a fuel flow or carb issue here? Since it's my daily ride, any guidance would be greatly valued

It's possible that the main jet is blocked or there's a restriction in the fuel flow when demand is high. You should check the fuel lines, adjust the float height, and ensure that the main jet is completely clear.

Well from what I have read over here, it looks like the group is already suggesting you with the right stuff here @ZS_RevHunter. If this is still acting up, try double checking the petcock and tank vent since a clogged vent can act exactly like a fuel starvation issue once revs climb.
