Stalling Issues after fueling up

I've been breaking in my Zongshen RX3 and trying to keep the revs under 4k, though a few times I slipped up and hit up to 7k. After I fueled up the other day, the bike started acting weird. As I was taking off, it stalled really hard, so I eased off the gas, but even cruising around 3k it was still stalling.
I think something is off with the fueling, but part of me wonders if oil or fuel found its way somewhere it shouldn't be
Suggestions please

Okay, it seems like the problem is probably with the fuel or carb. I'd start by checking for things like blocked jets, a dirty filter, or a float that's stuck. Before you get worried about oil getting mixed in, check those things first
