I have a 200 GY-B and i'm having issues starting it. well, it starts just fine, but the electric starter seems to be not working. The starter motor turns, but it's like it's not enough for the bike to actually start? i hope you know what I mean. any ideas what might be wrong? please send help!

Can you feel like the starter is weak-ish or it just spins normally but doesn't start the bike? If it sounds like it's dying, then it's the battery and it doesn't hold a charge. If it spins like it should, it could be the the starter clutch. Get a multimeter and test the battery, it's the simplest test and you'll at least eliminate it.

What about the ground? I think it would cause similar problems.

I had the same problem with my friend's old 200GY-B last year. The starter was spinning, but it wouldn't start. It turned out the ground wire on the frame was loose. I cleaned it, tightened the bolts, and it started up immediately. You should check that
